The Carer Calibrator is curated for job seekers (fresh grads to mid-level professionals), to empower them with practical career advancement tools and digital resources to shorten job search timelines and increase interview success rates for high-paying roles.
Design Process
The approach centered on refined minimalism and intentional elegance using high-contrast elements. Visual hierarchy and clear layouts were emphasized to ensure each asset communicates authority and accessibility, while maintaining a luxury standard throughout all touchpoints.
Colors — The palette is grounded in a navy blue for reliability and depth, complemented by burnt gold and cedar brown for added sophistication.
Fonts —Brand typography features Playfair Display for headings and accent phrases to convey confidence and timelessness, supported by Canva Sans for body text and functional copy, ensuring readability and a contemporary voice throughout the collaterals.
Layout — All layouts are designed to balance visual interest with professionalism. Key information and branding elements are positioned for maximum viewing impact, while ample white space and recurring motifs like circles or oversized initials convey luxury and consistency.
Imagery — Photos highlight professional scenarios like collaborative work, technology, and personal growth following a clean, neutral, and aspirational style. Images are carefully curated to enhance, not overshadow, the brand's message while maintaining a relatable human touch.
